WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R1-a(s), adopted December 8, 2009, the Municipal Council of the City of Newark authorized the Mayor and the Business Administrator to enter into an agreement with Dennison Associates, Inc., to provide technical assistance for HUD entitlement programs, in the amount of $1,000,000.00, for a period of two (2) years from December 1, 2009 to November 30, 2011, with an option to extend for an additional term of one (1) year funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (HCDA); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R1-b, adopted November 22, 2011, the Municipal Council of the City of Newark authorized the Mayor and the Business Administrator to amend the agreement with Dennison Associates, Inc., extending the term length from December 1, 2009 to November 30, 2012 to provide technical assistance for HUD entitlement programs, with an option to extend for an additional term of one (1) year, funded by Department of Housing and Comm...
