A motion requesting that the Department of Engineering, Division of Traffic and Signals, initiate a traffic study in the downtown area and the Bloomfield Avenue and lower Broadway areas for a more efficient traffic flow during evening and morning rush hours; furthermore, requesting a traffic study regarding the traffic flow of corridors leading into and exiting the City.
