WHEREAS, the City of Newark's Department of Water and Sewer Utilities (City), wishes to perform a field survey Investigation on repairs for rehabilitation along the Newark Southside Interceptor Sanitary Manholes on an existing 84-inch interceptor line to repair structural defect and reduce infiltration along this combined sewer interceptor; and
WHEREAS, a proposal, dated May 30, 2023, was received by the City from GTS Consultants, Inc. outlining a scope of work to provide Professional Engineering field survey investigation Services for the Newark Southside Interceptor Sanitary Manholes on an existing 84-inch Interceptor line; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Water and Sewer Utilities wishes to execute a Professional Engineering Services Contract with GTS Consultants, Inc. 211 Warren Street, Suite 507, Newark, New Jersey 07103, to provide professional engineering field survey investigation to the Newark Southside Interceptor sanitary manholes on an existing 84-inch Intercep...
