This Resolution will amend Apply and Accept Resolution 7R5-c adopted on November 25, 2025, to accept additional funds from Seton Hall University School of Nursing in the amount of $25,050.00. The new Total Grant Funds from Seton Hall University School of Nursing for the Health Center program shall be $332,005.00.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R5-c adopted on November 25, 2025, the City of Newark's ("City") Department of Health and Community Wellness (hereinafter, "DHCW") accepted a Grant Award from Seton Hall University, 340 Kingsland Street Nutley NJ 07110 ("Seton Hall") in the amount of Three Hundred and Six Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Five Dollars and Zero Cents ($306,955.00), for the expansion and strengthening of the nurse workforce for integrated health in vulnerable populations; and
