Purpose: Interest Penalty Amnesty Payroll Tax Program
Additional Information:
Interest/Penalty Amnesty Program for Payroll Taxes, for employers who have not previously registered with the City of Newark and have therefore not paid the 1% Payroll Tax. Amnesty will be given on all interest and penalties accrued if Payroll Tax is paid between November 7, 2011 and December 30, 2011.
