Purpose: To support United Community Corporation's application for financing to the NJ Department of Community Affairs' Affordable Housing Trust Fund Program for a project to develop eleven (11) affordable owner-occupied, multi-family homes (with eleven (11) affordable owner-occupied units and twelve (12) affordable rental units) for moderate and low-income Newark residents; determine that the Project meets all or part of the City of Newark's low and moderate income housing obligations; and acknowledge that the Project is located in an eligible municipality in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:43-1.3(a).
