WHEREAS, the City of Newark, Department of Water and Sewer Utilities (the "City"), wishes to respond to Remediation of Underground Storage Tanks located at 1294 McBride Avenue, Little Falls, New Jersey 07424 ("the Site") ; and
WHEREAS, on February 5, 2021, the City's Department of Water and Sewer Utilities submitted a Remedial Action Work Plan and a Remedial Action Report was submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) detailing the on-going ground water monitoring at the Site; and
WHEREAS, on February 7, 2022, the City's Department of Water and Sewer Utilities received letter from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) with Notice of Technical deficiencies outlining several additional requirements that would be required for a complete investigation; and
