WHEREAS, on February 8, 2021 and April 16, 2021, the City of Newark through its Purchasing Agent, QPA (the "City"), advertised to solicit proposals for contractors to provide Non-Congregate Emergency Shelter Operations Management for the Department of Health and Community Wellness, as described in the attached Request for Proposal; and
WHEREAS, the Division of Central Purchasing also distributed fourteen (14) Request for Proposal (RFP) packages to prospective vendors following the date of advertisement; and
WHEREAS, the Division of Central Purchasing also published the Request for Proposal (RFP) package on the City of Newark's website to provide broader access and download capability to potential respondents; and
