2) Resolution 7R11-a adopted on May 10, 2018, and the agreement authorized therein, so that all references to the Fourth Amendment shall be considered and referred to as the Fifth Amendment; and
3) Extending the term of the pass-through grant agreement between the City and Trust for Public Land from August 6, 2008 through June 30, 2020 to August 6, 2008 through December 31, 2022, for the continued rehabilitation of Jesse Allen Park.
