Aquatic Vegetation Removal
Purpose: Emergency Declaration E2026-15; The Department of Water & Sewer Utilities has determined that immediate removal of aquatic vegetation from the reservoir is necessary to prevent the contamination that will affect the quality and condition of finished drinking water for the safety of public health and wellbeing of City residents and bulk sale customers.
