WHEREAS, on October 8, 2025, the City of Newark, through its Qualified Purchasing Agent, QPA, advertised to solicit proposals for contractors to provide a Career Service Provider for the Newark Residents of the City of Newark, as described in the attached Request for Proposals ("RFP") package; and
WHEREAS, on October 21, 2025, the City of Newark, through its Qualified Purchasing Agent, QPA, provided an addendum to the RFP for contractors to provide a Career Service Provider for residents of the City of Newark, as described in the attached Request for Proposals ("RFP") package; and
