WHEREAS, the State of New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development ("NJDOL") granted the City of Newark Summer Youth Work Experience Program ("SYWEP") funds through the Newark Workforce Development Board (NWDB) for State Fiscal Year 2024 (April 1, 2024 through October 31, 2024) to be fully expended no later than October 31, 2024; and
WHEREAS, not more than ten (10) percent of the total grant funds may be spent on Administration.
