WHEREAS, the Municipal Council adopted Ordinance 6PSF-c on November 11, 2023 authorizing the establishment of a Supplemental Zoning Board of Adjustment for a temporary period of one (1) year in order to address a backlog of applications and appeals.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY THAT:
1. Malik Arbubakrr, be and is hereby appointed as a Regular Member of the Supplemental Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Newark for a term commencing upon confirmation and ending on January 10, 2025.
