WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R3-h 090612, the Municipal Council authorized the Deputy Mayor/Director of the Department of Economic and Housing Development on behalf of the Business Administrator and the City of Newark to enter into and execute a fair and open Sub-recipient Agreement with the Ironbound Community Corporation, 179 Van Buren Street, Newark, New Jersey 07105 (“Sub-recipient”) for the purpose of providing physical rehabilitation services to its facility located at 317-319 Elm Street, Newark, New Jersey 07105 in an amount not to exceed $160,000.00 (“Project”); and
