A motion requesting that the Department of Engineering, Division of Traffic and Signals, initiate a traffic study to monitor and, if feasible, provide traffic calming measures to reduce the high incidences of illegal speeding on Lake Street, especially between Bloomfield Avenue and Park Avenue Newark the little league baseball diamonds in Branch Brook Park.
