WHEREAS, the City of Newark, Department of Water and Sewer Utilities, requires the services of qualified contractors to provide Maintenance and Repair for Integrator Services for Newark's Water and Wastewater System; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Water and Sewer Utilities owns and operates the largest public water system in New Jersey, as well as an extensive wastewater collection network spanning multiple counties, necessitating the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of critical instrumentation, control, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems; and
