Purpose: To facilitate and expedite the redevelopment of the Seth Boyden Site by collaborating on the demolition of the buildings and improvements on the Seth Boyden Site and the removal of debris therefrom, which collaboration will include a contribution of $4,000,000.00 from the City of Newark (City) to the Newark Housing Authority (NHA) to be applied to contracts for services for such undertakings procured in accordance with all applicable Laws in exchange for NHA making an equal contribution to the City in accordance with Section 2.4 of the Shared Services Agreement for redevelopment projects, as yet identified by the City.
