WHEREAS, New Jersey Transit has requested the relocation of several bus stops in order to provide safer movement of NJ Transit buses, and the City of Newark, Division of Traffic and Signals has reviewed and approves these requests, and pursuant to N.J.S.A 39:4-197(3)(a), the following described location are relocated as a bus stop:
ADDED BUS STOP:
1. In the Central Ward, along Irvine Turner Boulevard, northbound on the easterly side thereof:
Muhammad Ali Avenue, far side:
Beginning at the northerly curb line of Muhammad Ali Avenue and extending 100 feet northerly therefrom.
2. In the East Ward, along Raymond Boulevard, westbound on the northerly side thereof:
Brill Street, far side:
Beginning at the westerly curb line of Brill Street and extending 100 feet westerly therefrom.
3. In the South Ward, along Hawthorne Avenue, eastbound on the southerly side thereof:
Wainwright Street, far side:
Beginning at the easterly curb line of Wainwright Street and extending 100 feet easterly therefrom.
DELETED BUS STOP:
4. In the Central Ward, along Irvine Turner Boulevard, northbound on the easterly side thereof:
Muhammad Ali Avenue, near side:
Beginning at the southerly curb line of Muhammad Ali Avenue and extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
5. In the East Ward, along Raymond Boulevard, westbound on the northerly side thereof:
Brill Street, near side:
Beginning at the easterly curb line of Brill Street and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
6. In the South Ward, along Hawthorne Avenue, eastbound on the southerly side thereof:
