WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council is desirous of supporting Council Member, Gayle Chaneyfield Jenkins for the use of classrooms on the Third Floor, Auditorium and Atrium (when available) and Restroom Facilities for Education and Enrichment Classes to be held at Science Park High School, 260 Norfolk Street, Newark, New Jersey 07103, beginning Saturday, October 4, 2014 and ending Saturday, June 13, 2015, from 10:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council has indicated its support of Family Educational and Enhancement Classes, which will benefit the children, families and residents of the City of Newark.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council supports the issuance by City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement for the benefit of the Newark Public Schools for any claims arising out of the City of Newark's use of Science Park High School, 260 Norfolk Street, Newark, New Jersey 07103, on Saturday, October 4, 2014; Saturday, October 11, 2014; Saturday, October 18, 2014; Saturday, October 25, 2014; Saturday, November 1, 2014; Saturday, November 8, 2014; Saturday, November 15, 2014; Saturday, November 22, 2014; Saturday, November 29, 2014; Saturday, December 6, 2014; ...
