WHEREAS, the City of Newark requires professional engineering services for Green Infrastructure Program Management, Design and Construction Administration for the City of Newark, and a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) was issued on June 27, 2022; and
WHEREAS, ten (10) Qualification Statements were received by the City of Newark on July 20, 2022 pursuant to the RFQ, and a Qualification Statement received from HDR Engineering, Inc., One Riverfront Plaza, 1037 Raymond Boulevard, Suite 1400, Newark, New Jersey 07102, for this work in the amount not to exceed $2,261,410.00, was found to be in the best interest of the City of Newark to accept; and
WHEREAS, the City of Newark wishes to enter into an agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc., 1037 Raymond Boulevard, Suite 1400, One Riverfront Plaza, Newark, New Jersey 07102, to provide engineering services for Green Infrastructure P...
