An Emergency Contract #E2023-02 was awarded to Cen Med Enterprises, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $175,000.00 for the period of January 17, 2023 through April 16, 2023 for the City's Department of Health and Community Wellness.
This extension of Emergency Contract #E2023-02 will be in place until September 30, 2023 or until the new contract(s) are awarded and this extension will increase the contract amount by $175,000.00 for a new total emergency contract amount not to exceed $350,000.00.

WHEREAS, on January 11, 2023, the Department of Health and Community Wellness requested a declaration of emergency to purchase medical supplies, equipment, vaccines and pharmaceuticals for the new access point located at 701 South Orange Avenue and the mobile medical vans; and
