WHEREAS, the Municipal Council is desirous of supporting the Annual United Parks As One Park Rangers Summer Environmental Enrichment Program 2019, run by the Mildred Helms Park Resurrection Committee at Spencer Miller Community School from Monday, July 8, 2019 through Thursday, August 15, 2019 from 7:30 A.M. until 2:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome program by supporting the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission for the benefit of Newark Public Schools.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council of the City of Newark supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Newark Public Schools, 765 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, for any claims arising out of the City of Newark's use of Spencer Miller Community School, 66 Muhammad Ali Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07108, for ...
