WHEREAS, the Local Municipal Budget for the Year 2024 was introduced on the 25th of June; and
WHEREAS, the Public Hearing on said Budget has been held as advertised on September 5, 2024; and
WHEREAS, it is desired to amend said Introduced Budget.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Municipal Council of the City of Newark, County of Essex that the following amendments to the introduced Budget of 2024 be made:
See attached Exhibit A (Amendments to the Introduced Budget of 2024)
1. A certified copy of this Resolution be uploaded to the FAST System for the Director of the Division of Local Government Services for the certification of the 2024 Municipal Budget, so amended.
It is hereby certified that this is a true copy of a Resolution amending the 2024 Municipal Budget, adopted by the Municipal Council on the 27th day of September 2024.
