WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council is desirous of supporting Reinas Club de Oro also known as Queen of the Golden Age at Mediterranean Manor, 255 Jefferson Street, Newark, New Jersey 07105, on Friday, September 8, 2017, between 11:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event that will benefit Newark residents by approving the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission for the benefit of Mediterranean Manor, 255 Jefferson Street, Newark, New Jersey 07105.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council of the City of Newark supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission for the benefit of Mediterranean Manor, 255 Jefferson Street, Newark, New Jersey 07105, for any claims arising out of the City of Newark's use of the Mediterranean Manor, 255 Jefferson Street, Newark, New Jersey 07105, on Friday, September 8, 2017, between 11:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M.
2. The City Clerk, on behalf of the Newark Municipal Council, shall forward a true copy of the Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement to the Mediterranean Manor, 255 Jefferson Street, Newark, New Jersey ...
