A motion requesting that the Department of Engineering, Division of Traffic and Signals, initiate a traffic study for the streets in the area bounded by Chancellor Avenue and Lyons Avenue and Clinton Place to Leslie Street, where there are a large number of schools and children crossing these streets during early morning and evening rush hours.
