WHEREAS, the Municipal Council is desirous of supporting the Golden Queen Event at Newark Symphony Hall, 1020 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, Wednesday, September 10, 2025, from 10:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event by supporting the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Newark Symphony Hall, 1020 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of the Newark Symphony Hall, 1020 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, Wednesday, September 10, 2025, from 10:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M., for the Golden Queen Event.
2. The City Clerk, on behalf of the Municipal Council, shall forward a true copy of the Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement to the Newark Symphony Hall, 1020 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, for their records.
3. A copy of the executed Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission shall be filed in the Office of the City Clerk.
