WHEREAS, on January 21, 2023, the City of Newark (the "City"), pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq., publicly advertised and solicited bids for the Fairmount Heights Square, Contract #2023-04; and
WHEREAS, on February 16, 2023, the City received one (1) bid for Contract #2023-04 Renovation of Fairmount Heights Park, located 211-217 12th Avenue, Newark, New Jersey; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with that advertisement, the bids were received, publicly opened, and read aloud on February 16, 2023; and
