WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R3-b adopted on August 6, 2014, the Municipal Council authorized the Deputy Mayor/Director of the Department of Economic and Housing Development, on behalf of the Business Administrator and the City of Newark, to enter into and execute a Sub-recipient Agreement (the "Agreement") with FOCUS Hispanic Center for Community Development, Inc., (the "Sub-recipient") for the purpose of providing Public Facilities Development/Rehabilitation services to its facility located at 441-443 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102/Block 31/Lot 4/Central Ward, in an amount not to exceed Thirty Four Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Six Dollars and Zero Cents ($34,576.00); and
