A motion requesting that the following Directors meet with the Governing Body on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, at 11:00 A.M., in the Council Chamber, to discuss the following topics/issues related to their respective departments in Executive Session: Police Director Eugene Venable - police discipline and status and operations of mini-precincts; Neighborhood and Recreational Services Director Patrick Council - coordination of the Hank Aaron field rehabilitation/renovation and steps to secure additional funding; Acting Engineering Department Mehdi Mohammadish - Hank Aaron Field rehabilitation and a report on the number of new surface parking lots that have been approved since 2005, in addition provide the name of the owner(s), cost of the purchased property and any other pertinent information; furthermore, the Municipal Council is requesting the attendance and participation of Business Administration Consultant and the Corporation Counsel in these discussions.
