WHEREAS, Resolution 7R12-a January 8, 2020, authorized the Director of the Department of Water and Sewer Utilities to execute a contract with Professional Consulting, Inc., 1719 Route 10, Suite 225, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054 ("PCI"), to provide professional engineering services on an as-needed basis for the contract amount of $100,000.00; and
WHEREAS, PCI is engaged in Professional Engineering Services on an As-Needed Basis related to the first phase of repairs at the Meadowlands Stormwater Pumping Station; and
WHEREAS, in order to properly complete the work, PCI has requested a time extension; and
