To amend the Tuesday, June 30, 2020 Pre-Meeting to Tuesday, July 7, 2020, the July 1, 2020 Regular Meeting to Wednesday, July 8, 2020, amend the Tuesday, July 21, 2020 Special Meeting/Conference, to a Pre-Meeting, adding a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 12:30 P.M., and amend the Tuesday, August 18, 2020 Special Meeting/Conference, to a Pre-Meeting, adding a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 12:30 P.M. to accommodate pertinent City business, as a result of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID 19).

WHEREAS, the Municipal Council established and adopted the 2020 Annual Municipal Calendar of Pre-Meetings, Special Conferences and Regular Meeting Dates as 7R8-a adopted on December 4, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council wishes to amend the Tuesday, June 30, 2020 Pre-Meeting to Tuesday, July 7, 2020, the July 1, 2020 Regular Meeting to Wednesday, July 8, 2020, amend the Tuesday, July 21, 2020 Special Meeting/Conference, to a Pre-Meeting, adding a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 12:30 P.M., and amend the Tuesday, August 18, 2020 Special Meeting/Conference, to a Pre-Meeting, adding a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 12:30 P.M. to accommodate pertinent City business, as a result of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID 19).
