BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:

 

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-133 et seq., Kecia Daniels be and is hereby reappointed City Clerk of the City of Newark, New Jersey in conformance with all applicable laws and statutes of the State of New Jersey beginning June 21, 2026.
