WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R5-a, adopted on January 5, 2024, the City's Department of Health and Community Wellness (the "City") applied for and accepted grant funds from the United State Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) in the amount of Four Million Nineteen Thousand One Hundred Thirteen Dollars and Zero Cents ($4,019,113.00) for the Health Center Program; and
