Whereas, the Newark Municipal Council wishes to commemorate the achievements of Rev. Robert J. Cormier, by renaming the intersection of Hinsdale Place and Broadway in his honor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT IT DOES HEREBY AUTHORIZE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Naming of the corner of Hinsdale Place and Broadway as Rev. Robert J. Cormier Way for honorary and ceremonial purposes.
2. The names of said streets shall remain Hinsdale Place and Broadway in their entirety.
