WHEREAS, the State of New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development ("NJDOL") granted the City of Newark ("City") a WorkFirst New Jersey ("WFNJ") grant through the Newark Workforce Development Board (NWDB), for Program Year 2024 (July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025) for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program and the General Assistance/Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (GA & GA/SNAP); and
WHEREAS, said grant funds must be fully expended by June 30, 2025; and
WHEREAS, not more than ten percent (10%) of the grant funds may be spent on administration for Case Management, Work Activities, and CAVP; and
WHEREAS, said funds have been awarded as follows:
