WHEREAS, the City of Newark, Department of Water and Sewer Utilities (the City and/or the Department), has determined the need for professional engineering services for the design and construction administration of the Ivy Hill Stormwater Mitigation Project
WHEREAS, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et seq., a Request for Proposals ("RFP") was publicly advertised and issued on May 28, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the City received Five (5) proposals in response to the RFP by the submission deadline of December 4, 2025; and
WHEREAS, after evaluation, the proposal submitted by Arcadis U.S., Inc., located at 630 Plaza Drive, Highlands Ranch, Colorado 80729, in an amount not to exceed $585,910.00, was determined to be in the best interest of the City; and
