Additional Information:
In furtherance of the efforts by the Department of Health and Community Wellness to receive national accreditation, this resolution would authorize [i] the Department to file an Application to Participate in NACCHO's Accreditation Support Initiative, [ii] the Department to submit to NACCHO an Acceptance of Award to Participate, [iii] the City to enter into a Contractor Agreement with NACCHO, whereby the City will provide services and deliverables related to the accreditation process to NACCHO in consideration for NACCHO's payment to the City of $15,000.00 and [iv] the City's acceptance of NACCHO's $15,000.00 payment to the City for services and deliverables provided by the City to NACCHO.
