WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-19 the Municipal Council of the City of Newark, New Jersey, adopted Resolution # 7R1-f dated January 5, 2012, to provide temporary funds for the period of January 1, 2012 to March 31, 2012, Resolution # 7R1-f dated April 18, 2012, temporary funds for the period of April 1, 2012 to April 30, 2012, Resolution # 7R1-e dated June 20, 2012 temporary funds for the period of May 1, 2012 to May 31, 2012 , Resolution # 7R1-h dated June 20, 2012 temporary funds for the period of June 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012, and Resolution # 7R1-i dated June 20, 2012 temporary funds for the period of July 1, 2012 to July 31, 2012 until the adoption of the Operating Budget of the City of Newark, New Jersey; and
WHEREAS, additional appropriations will be required for the Water Utility from August 1, 2012 to August 31, 2012, until the adoption of the budget; and
