WHEREAS, the Municipal Council adopted Resolution 7R8-a on December 7, 2022 establishing the Pre-Meetings, Regular Meetings, Special Meetings, and Conference Dates for 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Pre-Meeting and Regular Meeting Date for November 13, 2023 and the Special Meeting, and Conference Date for November 21, 2023 are amended to be cancelled and re-rescheduled as a Regular Meeting for November 21, 2023 at 12:30 P.M.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
Section 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to forward to the Star Ledger and Jersey Journal, together with posting in the public place of City Hall, a list of the Pre-Meetings, Regular Meetings and Special/Conference Meetings of the Newark Municipal Council for the Calendar Year 2023, together with dates, times and place of said meetings and conferences.
Section 2. The Pre-Meetings, Regular Meetings, Special Meetings, and Conference Dates are hereby amended, cancelling the Pre-Meeting and Regular Meeting Date for November 13, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. and 6:30 P.M. and the Special Meeting and Conference Date for November 21, 2023 at 10:00 A.M., which are re-rescheduled as...
