Resolution 7R5-a adopted on July 22, 2020, authorized the City's grant application requesting grant funds in the amount of $4,000,000.00.
Resolution 7R5-a(S) adopted on June 22, 2021, amended the City's grant application requesting grant funds in the corrected amount of $21,814,001.00, budgeted over a five (5) year period, from FY 2020 through FY 2024.
This Resolution represents a partial award for FY2023, year four (4).
Funds accepted by Resolution 7R1-c adopted on April 5, 2023.

WHEREAS, an emergency has arisen in the Special Item of Appropriation in the amount of Two Million Two Hundred Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars and Zero Cents ($2,212,693.00) for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Ending the HIV Epidemic (ETE) and no adequate provision has been made in the 2023 Temporary Budget for the aforesaid purpose and N.J.S.A. 40A:4-20 provides for the creation of an emergency appropriation for the purpose above-mentioned; and
