WHEREAS, the City of Newark (the "City") requires Professional Engineering Services for the Design and Installation of Permanent Flow Meters for the Monitoring of Sanitary Flow from CSO Regulators to the PVSC Treatment Plant and issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) on May 24, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the City received four (4) proposals on June 18, 2019 pursuant to the RFQ, and a Qualification Statement received from Professional Consulting, Inc., 1719 Route 10, Suite 225, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054, for this work for an amount not to exceed Six Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($670,000.00), was found to be in the best interest of the City to accept; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to enter into an agreement with Professional Consulting, Inc., 1719 Route 10, Suite 225, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054, to provide professional engineering services for the Design and Installation of Permanent Flow Meters for the Monitoring of Sanita...
