WHEREAS, on April 16 2025, the Municipal Council adopted Resolution 7R2-f, which introduced and approved the proposed budget of the Partnership West, Inc., (the "West Ward Special Improvement District") for the fiscal year 2025, January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 ("FY 2025"), in the amount of Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($520,900.00), of which Five Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($500,000.00) of the Budget shall be supported by the special assessments and Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($20,900.00) shall be obtained through Partnership West, Inc. fundraising; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Economic and Housing Development publicly advertised the proposed budget for the West Ward Special Improvement District for FY 2025 and the time and place for the May 21, 2025, hearing in the Star Ledger on May 7, 2025, which date represents at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing date of May 21, 2025, as required by N.J.S.A. 40:56-84(d); and
WHEREAS, on Wednesday, May 21,2025, the hearing date represents no less than twenty-eight (28) days from April 16, 2025, the date of the approved budget, as required by N.J.S.A. 40:56-84(e); and
