WHEREAS, the City of Newark, Department of Engineering, Division of Traffic and Signals (the "City"), advertised for receipt of bids on August 11th, 2023 and August 25th, 2023 for the Local Freight Impact Fund - 2022 Avenue P - Port Newark Connect - 00009, Contract # 2023-05; and
WHEREAS, on August 14th, 2023, the City provided vendors who picked up a bid with Addendum #1; and
WHEREAS, on September 20th, 2023, the City received one (1) bid for the Local Freight Impact Fund - 2022 - Avenue P - Port Newark Connect - 00009, Contract #2023-05; and
WHEREAS, upon review of the bids, the Acting Director of the Department of Engineering, desires to accept the bid proposal by the lowest responsive and responsible bidder J.A.
