Whereas, Ramona T. Williams, has been appointed as a Constable pursuant to a Resolution to be adopted at the September 6, 2012 meeting; and
Whereas, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-125, Ramona T. Williams, must give a bond in such form and amount as prescribed by the Governing Body and approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JEREY, THAT:
The Constable Bond in the amount of $1000.00 issued to Ramona T. Williams, 221 Kerrigan Boulevard, Newark, New Jersey, is approved as to form, amount and sufficiency.

This resolution authorizes Ramona T. Williams to serve as Constable in the City of Newark, New Jersey, for a term from date of adoption to the expiration of the bond as approved.
