BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:

 

Pursuant to N.J. S.A. 40A:9-133 et seq., Kecia Daniels be and is hereby appointed City Clerk of the City of Newark, New Jersey for a term of three (3) years and in conformance with all applicable laws and statutes of the State of New Jersey beginning June 21, 2023.
