WHEREAS, Resolution 7R1-a adopted on October 24, 2018, authorized the Business Administrator to enter into a contract with Integrated Online Security, Inc. for two (2) years commencing May 1, 2018 through April 30, 2020, with an option to renew for one (1) additional year to provide System Support, Training, Enhancement and Maintenance of the City's network security systems; and
WHEREAS, the contract and the authorizing resolution allowed the City of Newark to exercise an option to extend the contract for an additional one (1) year period; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to renew the contract under the previously existing terms and conditions from May 1, 2020 through April 30, 2021, for an amount not to exceed One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($175,000.00) for the services as described in the original contract; and
