WHEREAS, the City of Newark (the "City"), as a member of the New Jersey Combined Sewer Overflow (NJ CSO) Group led by the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commissioners (PVSC), will abide by the Cooperative Pricing System Agreement, which was filed with the State of New Jersey, Department of Community Affairs, Division of Local Government Services. The current Cooperative Pricing System Agreement for the Baseline Compliance Monitoring Program and Receiving Water Quality Model development expires on December 15, 2021; and

WHEREAS, as a member of the NJ CSO Group, the City was included in the NJ CSO Group CSO Notification System website (https://njcso.hdrgateway.com). The website and the data from it are utilized for permit required reporting and the preparation and submittal of monthly discharge reports (DMRs); and

WHEREAS, the website is in need of updating and maintenance due to changes in sewer system models resulting from the preparation of member's Long-Term Control Plans; and
