WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-12 authorizes local contracting units to acquire goods or services without advertising for bids when they are purchased from an authorized State contract approved by the Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property; and
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent of the City does not object to the formal request from the Department of Engineering to utilize the authorized vendors/distributors below for the purchase of LED Signal Indication and Warning Devices for the City's Department of Engineering, Division of Traffic and Signals.
