WHEREAS, the State of New Jersey Department of Health, Division of Public Health Infrastructure, Laboratories and Emergency Preparedness (PHILEP), provides funding to strengthen state, local, tribal, and territorial public health preparedness and response capability through a continuous cycle of planning, organizing, training, equipping, exercising, evaluating, and taking corrective action through the PHILEP New Jersey Local Information Network and Communication System (NJLINCS Agencies) 2024 Grant; and
