Resolution amending Resolution 7R9-o (AS) 030409, Resolution authorizing the Office of the City Clerk in conjunction with the City Administration to submit a PARIS (Public Archives and Records Infrastructure Support) grant application to the State of New Jersey in the amount of $250,000.00 for the continuation of a Document Imagining Project (Microfilming), Municipal Inventory Project (Inventory Management Software) for the period of July1, 2009 through June 30, 2010 by amending the grant amount by $140,000.00 for a total of $390,000.00 and adding a Shared Service Project with the City of East Orange.
